1. Delivery Time and Location
1.1 Delivery Time: After the order is paid, it takes 1-3 days for the warehouse to process your order. You will be notified when the order is shipped. 1.2 Delivery Location: We will deliver according to the delivery address you provide. Please ensure that you provide accurate and detailed address information to ensure that the goods can be delivered successfully.
2. Goods Acceptance and Damage
2.1Goods Acceptance: Please inspect the goods when you receive them. If you find any obvious damages or errors in the goods, please give immediate feedback to the delivery personnel when signing for the goods and record the details. If you do not give timely feedback when signing for the goods, it will be deemed that you have inspected and recognized the integrity of the goods.
2.2 Damaged goods: If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service immediately and provide relevant proof of damage. We will provide you with appropriate solutions according to the specific circumstances, such as free replacement or refund.
3. Transportation responsibility and risk transfer
3.1 Transportation Responsibility: After the Goods are delivered to the transportation company, the transportation company will assume responsibility for the transportation of the Goods. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and integrity of the Goods during transportation, but we are not responsible for loss or delay of the Goods due to force majeure or the transportation company.
3.2 Transfer of Risk: Title and risk in the Goods will pass to you on delivery of the Goods to the Carrier. You are responsible for securing the delivery address against any loss or theft.
- We process and deliver orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Some orders may be available for Saturday and/or Sunday delivery.
- If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. We will send you a shipment confirmation email for each shipment so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- In most cases, packages will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other outside factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
