Eligible returns of products purchased on www.mqqso.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.mqqso.com.

Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
